Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and we aim to maintain a wonderful relationship with our customers  If for any reason you are displeased with any part of our service, please let us know and we will do everything we can to correct the issue.   Your communication with us will not only help you, but future customers as well.

Use of this website and placing an order with RubiaWear is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.


Customers will be notified via email with the USPS tracking information of an order when it has shipped. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email in case our confirmation email is incorrectly filtered by your email system. 
Once an order has shipped please allow 3-5 business days for domestic delivery and 1-3 weeks for international delivery.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees, and may encounter shipping delays or additional steps beyond our control to receive their orders. 

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you immediately to arrange a way to complete the delivery.

Please make sure your address is correct, as RubiaWear is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), and we use the same online system that our customers use to track shipments.

Delivery & Turnaround

RubiaWear keeps a number of each size in stock, enabling quicker ship times.  Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. 

We will always do our best to get each order sent out as quickly as possible.
Please note that December 10, 2018 is the last day to place an order for guaranteed domestic delivery before Christmas.  International orders will take longer and cannot be guaranteed.  

Fabric / Color / Sizing

Fabric - RubiaWear will do their best to display the variations in fabric.  This includes color, print, and other characteristics.  The sizing suggestions are a general guide.  Customers are encouraged to contact RubiaWear directly with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to provide clear answers and aid in the ordering process so you are able to select a fabric/style/size that best suites you.

Privacy Policy

RubiaWear will not disclose customer information to any third parties.  Our system is used to keep track of your shopping details in order to process your order and contact you with necessary information regarding your order.

No portion of the RubiaWear website, or printed material may be copied or used without express written approval by RubiaWear.

Back Ordered Items and Out of Stock Items

RubiaWear.com is updated regularly with leg warmers, Cora wraps, jumpers, rompers, skirts, and other items that are currently in stock.   
We keep a number of each size and fabric option in stock, enabling quicker ship times.  Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.  In most cases, if an item is out of stock, it will be restocked the following week.  If a fabric or item has been discontinued, it will not be restocked and will be removed from the website.  Please do not hesitate to inquire about out of stock items through our contact page.
We expect more stock to arrive on December 7, 14, 21, and 28.  

If for any reason we are unable to fill your order due to the unavailability of a fabric or size, we will contact you directly to discuss available options. 

Special Requests

We are open to communicating with our customers regarding special fabric and color requests.  

RubiaWear plans to offer more designs with time. Suggestions are welcome, and we are always interested to hearing what dance wear excites our customers.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All returns or exchanges must be authorized before items are sent back to us.  These requests must be made within 10 business days of receiving an order and will only be accepted if items are unworn and in new condition. 
Purchases made November 15 - December 31, 2018 will have a holiday extension, and can be returned or exchanged as long as these requests are made before January 10, 2019.
There is a nominal re-shipping fee for domestic and international orders for replacement items.  

If there is any concern about an order placed please contact us through the contact page and be sure to include your order number.

Rush Orders

In the case that you need your order to arrive in a hurry Rush orders are available for an additional fee.   Contact RubiaWear through the website to discuss details.

To prolong the life of each item we suggest to treat each piece with care, and the following - Fabric care: Machine or hand wash gentle with mild detergent with like colors- lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron.  RubiaWear does not guarantee that the colors/fabrics chosen will not bleed or discolor. We do not refund or exchange any pieces affected in this way.

Warranties & Liabilities
If there is any problem with the quality of item(s) received please contact us immediately to get your situation resolved.  
We will be under no liability in respect to defects arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, customer negligence, failure to follow instructions, misuse or alteration/repair of the goods.

We will be under no liability as to the quality of the goods beyond the occasion of their first use.  It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for their own purpose.
